Looking at getting one for the bike. Anyone got one? What did you go for? easy to fit and index?
Seen super star are doing a 40t for shimano, would that be a good jump from my 36t or should I go bigger (One-up 42/44?) Also any issues fitting to a Zee mech? Read that it should be ok but any of you running one?

Had a one up components 42t, couldn't get it to work so ditched it and just went back to my 11-36 and had to mtfu a bit. Make of that what you will  I doubt you will get your zee mech to work with a 42/44t, my medium cage xt mech wouldn't work with the 42t cog. You may get away with a 40t expander though (I'm sure low cogger has a 40t with a zee mech). |

I run the T. rex 40, with a zee and don't have any problems with it.

I've got 40t absolute black from crc on the cotic and runs sweet as you like with zee mech.ive got 42t one up on the bandit but couldn't get it running 100 % with the zee but runs fine with a medium xt clutch mech.

I got away with taking the little plastic washer off the B screw to give more play - works well enough but shifting will never be quite as sweet as on the Zero (standard 11-36 on a Zee), good enough to use though.
I will most deffo be buying and fitting the new Shimano 1-11 XT drivetain next Spring though.
