ha ha cheers guys,local grounds are around the notts area but I ride anywhere within 3 hours drive,as for you lc we have had the pleasure of meeting before at the steel city event 2014, ex mtbe jayslee (love me or hate me for it)

Kind of as in my hand used to go numb and tingly when I rode,turns out I had carpal tunnel syndrome and the top scar was from trigger release surgery.
