Why is it when i want some forks i get stuck with 9mm qr and straight steerer when everything out their is tapered and bolt through

Why is it when i want some forks i get stuck with 9mm qr and straight steerer when everything out their is tapered and bolt through Had that issue when looking for forks for my old bike, so I just bought a new bike instead, I never choose the cheaper option. other week I bought a wall mount for the TV but the mounting points for the tv where too close together they sat bang in front of the plug socket and the aerial socket, so instead of buying a new bracket I bought another tv...
need to stop doing that.

that's the thing mate I don't lol the missus manages the finances so if she happy with it we must be alright... She does online shopping for clothes, only thing is instead of buy herself some clothes she goes on bloody CRC and orders me some kit to wear that she likes the look of! I'm like her dress up doll!
