So I'm going to tell you all about it! 
Being as I'm now a fully paid up member of the Tyne Valley MTB croo I'm getting shown loads of cheeky trails and cracking singletrack that I didn't know existed.
Last nights ride was taking cheeky trails to a new level though so all I'll say is the ride was based around Rothbury (on the north side of the valley) and included mucho rocky technical singletrack (including mini Dalbeattie-esque slabs), rooty & loamy forest paths and cracking needle thin moorland paths with a lovely descent on the Sandstone Way (who says that isn't technical?) to finish.

Didn't get any photos of the really fun bits as they were too much fun to stop. Not going to post the route either as I don't want to get lynched! It was also the first night ride of the year where I didn't need my lights.
