Had a good day with Gaz (Windysurfer) and michael (roundie) yesterday over at Gisburn with Anthony Lacey. trail motions. good guy, nice and laid back taught me a lot, mainly that I need to take it back and practice basics. It was a shock to the system how poor my base balance was compared to his, he could track stand and roll back and forth on a six pence for as long as you like. It was a major work out to the core and forearms just trying to keep it still for half a minute. felt like a learned a bit, but more so that there's a lot more to keep practicing and that sessioning things really does lead to an improvement. Much improved my confidence on the jumps and drops. Felt smoother which hopefully men's faster on some sections that we rode later on, unfortunately I have no strava to check. a few photos and videos to come from Anthony which no donut will show some musing faces and dodgy riding but worth having a look at for a laugh. For or now I'll leave you with this. you managed to keep your tongue in on this one Gaz. I look like a bit of a mid matched tramp. mike must have been moving to fast as he's just a blur (drop double on the hope line).

Just had a look Anthonys YouTube feed and noticed he's a man of many talents.
Check this from 3minutes in.
Fantastic I would love to be able to play like that, the neighbours won't be happy mind.
