I'm heading around Gisburn in the gloom tomorrow morning if any body fancies joining, from around 8.30am at Belmont road, around the tower, up the masts back down wilders wood (I think that's the name but I have been listening to mumford and sons) may be over to healey nab, back around and finishing down the san marino or something like that.

Oops covering all bases there haha, I did mean rivington, a bit better in the rain.
I need to be available to receive Father's Day salutations tomorrow morning or I would have joined you.
Hope you are on the mend, and well meet up soon.

Word of warning for you if you are doing the San Marino, some cock has thrown tacks all over the bottom section, shredded a lads tyre the other night and he ended up having to buy a new one it was that bad.

The rain was such that I had to cut the ride a bit shorter and ended up just dragging my soggy ass back down Belmont road.
Visibility was really vas with rain, spray and mist. Had a couple off offs coming down from the mast towards the quarry but fortunately both softish landings.

Arse holes by the way,how would these brainless fuckers like some tacks put around their drive?
Actually thinking about it dropping through wilders wood I found quite a few large branches that had been placed across the trail a few more at healey nab which even more of a pisser as it's supposed to be a designated mtb trail. Lots of groups of walkers ambling around that red route.

The thing that gets me is they throw tacks all over the path to stop us, but don't realise there's very little chance of doing us any harm but lots of danger for the sheep, peoples dogs, children, and other walkers.
Brainless fk'ers mate, and if i ever catch one he'll be pulling tacks out of his eyes!
