Blimey! It's a bit fruity aint it! I had imagined it to be a bit like Llandegla descents without the pedalling. My body is wrecked but my heart is satisfied I had a really great day. If anyone hasn't yet been I would recommend it. We managed to get about 10 runs in and to be honest that was more than enough due to the length and intensity on the body of them. It's not been so long since my bad off and my bones and muscles took a pounding (not helped by falling off again, doh!) especially on the ridiculously rocky 'Cole not Dole'. We managed to hit most of the runs, I had to walk a little of 50 shades of black as the big drop offs were really hurting. We stumbled down this one trail that I think was Bonneville with a black option off of it. There is a brilliant steep descent with a drop off half way down it, no going back at that point but excellent fun! The blacks here are proper blacks, not Cannock/Degla blacks! Standard wheels off the ground photo and youtube video below: My riding pal who filmed has a great style, no care to what others think, just try and get it sideways at every opportunity!

Hey Barrfy ... Tell your mate ..no need for training at flying school ..he spent enough man hours on that ride in the air to already qualify for his pilots licence ...
