Have they all gone to be with Rosebud? I've texted Gaz with no reply - hope all is well. Jay is easier he just told me he wanted a break from tinterweb (fair enough I suppose) but I don't understand why as we have some great forum rides on here and they will only miss out.
Do you think they have rode off to Gretna Green together?

Most peculiar.
Best thing we can do for now is keep an eye open for bikes leaning on fences.
Meanwhile the bad news is that I'm still here and gagging for a forum ride but still on bloody crutches etc.

While I completely understand folk wanting to take a break from the forum ..the bit I don't get is deleting your aacount ..why ?

Strange - haven't really had much chance to talk to Jay about it, it was just a text and as yet Gaz hasn't even answered my texts.
Is Gunner back and doing stealth deletions? whose next? I'm thinking of employing a bodyguard and posting snipers around my account with strict orders to shoot to kill any bugger whose bike is leaning up against a fence.

My guess is that is that they have pressing family or practical matters to deal with so they have less capacity or inclination for "forumming"
Both Gaz and Jay are enthusiastic about their bikes and very sociable (both on the forum and in person) under normal circumstances.
I therefore predict that they will eventually return and I will be glad to welcome them back.

Well I feel it is time to say Goodbye myself, after many happy years of forumming as I need to concentrate on my work.
Feck that this is more interesting!!!! Still strange to delete account though. I am on here less due to commitments and summer time riding on the up but come winter i'll be back to my normal levels of service of irrelevant dross. Have they crossed back to the dark side and by dark side I don't mean "roadie" but the original MTBE

Andy was right - Gaz is ok just got a lot on his plate at home atm, Jay just fancied a break.
STILL don't get the deletion but hey - s'up to them.
Sure they'll be back at some point and under some guise.
Hope so, last thing I want is this forum to fade and die - for the fantastic forum rides alone, it has to be worth keeping going!
