Im goi g to try to inflate a trailer tubless tyre after the valve perished and flattened it . Iv heard of people using valves cut off from their old tyres. Whats the best adhesive to use to stick the valve onto a steel wheel

Can't help you with that Glynn, but superstar are doing two tubeless valves for under a tenner, if that helps?
Edit :- it helps to read the OP properly, it's for a trailer. Ignore me, I'm talking cack again.

iv ordered a pack of 5 for 3 and half quid to try to repair one tyre but I thought i'd experiment with a homemade repair on one I use as a spare. im pretty sure using a cut-off valve from an inner tube is something iv heard of.........unless Iv dreamt it
