Sent off for my Bargain MAXXIS Minion which a nice parcel from Yodel arrived today , so with much excitement like I am sure we all are when new things come for our trusty steeds I shot into the workshop to commence fitting the much awaited tyre .
stripped the old one off fixed the puncture I picked up at the chase the weekend ( thanks to you sir/madam who discarded you unwanted drawing pins over the floor) so puncture fixed I thought right the opening of the box time then it hit me BOOM MAXXIS HIGHROLLER downhill printed on the side of the tyre I was more deflated than my front tyre with a drawing pin in it .
thanks Planet X

Wait. Is this good?
Or shall I get the flaming torches and pitchforks?

Not good
I was looking forward to a Minion as everyone says how good they are now I have to return the high roller before they send out the correct tyre told them to shove it.
Now looking for a minion for the front wheel
Oh the joys

You'll be luck to find one as Maxxis are having import issues at the moment

I cant really tell the difference to be honest and ive been swapping back and forth between them on the front for years now. As long as they're super tacky and single ply you're good.

Tested the Zero with a High roller on the front. Ordered the bike with a Minion though.
What Timbo says - I certainly can't feel much difference at all. Both very grippy front tyres.
