you should have received as I did an email today with full details of the event and a link to your race number start time.
Its been a while admittedly since I looked back at previous threads regarding the event however I'm sure there was a decent sized gang of us that entered as team MTB-UK. Checking just now there only seems to be 4 of us, of the 4 I only recognise Ergaz who I suspect may not attend.
So two questions, whats happened to every body else?
Those that remain please identify yourselves and are we still planning on riding together (dependant on being of a similar speed of course) whos going Saturday for the short practice loop and having a few beers, camping etc, or who plans on just turning up on the Sunday and blasting the event.
I'm quite looking forward to it now but know ideally I could do with a 20/30% improvement in fitness before hand. |

I'm going Kirky . I'm not in the mtb-uk team though , just me and 2 mates . They've slightly cocked up the start times though as I am setting off 10 mins after them . I'd like to say that I will catch em up ,but I won't . We set off at 11 20 -30 . We're just heading up on the day and stopping at the dales Bike centre on Sunday night

Kirky I'm fairly sure it has all come to nowt - iRide isn't going, nor is Nelly or Ergaz, as far as I know anyway.

I'm off at 10.35am with a couple go guys yet to be identified that are down as mtb uk and most likely not ergaz.
So I might see you there Ste however if I see you during the race it means so ethical Gs gone wrong mechanically or physically.
I was thinking of staying over on the Saturday night to take in the band etc but not sure yet as I could leave at 7.30 or 8.00 and be there in time for registration and most likely have a better nights kip. Decisions decisions.
