Not sure really, whenever I can be bothered to haul myself out of bed? Shall we say 9am outside the cafe at the trail centre? I can make my way there easy enough.

It means I can have a brew before we begin I'll be riding up so I may be a few minutes late depending on walker traffic.

You staying at the Prem Inn tonight and biking up in the morning? Indeed I am, not entirely sure how to get to the centre from the Prem Inn, but I'll give it a shot.

To be fair mate, you'd be better off riding up with me. Give me a couple of hours to fit my bearings and check some maps and I'll find somewhere easy to get to from the Premier Inn to meet you. I think Love Lane is probably ideal but I'll check and let you know.

Shall the three of us just meet in the Premier Inn car park? This would probably be the most convenient option.

I've fitted all new bearings today so, if the back of my bike becomes detached from the front whilst riding tomorrow, I know i've done something a bit wrong.

It definitely was! just a smidge over 30 miles in total. My legs are shot, so you'll have to forgive any slow going from me!

Well I thought I'll post some stuff from my outing with Beans and Malamute. Just a smidge over 30 miles. Beans had a little more on, but given that's close to 8 miles more than I've actually cycled before I'm damn chuffed. But anyway, had a quick visit to Stile Cop, only did the Red run before the cramp finally set in: And finally a gay pint of cider:
