and what a cracking week it was too. cos it was a family holiday I was only expecting to get out a couple of times but because my Mrs is the most unselfish person on earth I managed 5 rides in 6 days: ae sunday,mabie Monday,kirroughtree Wednesday,dalbeattie Thursday and back to ae on Friday.i can`t decide which stane I preferred as they all seem to offer something that put a big grin on me face. It was also my first `proper` riding clipped in.i reckon I managed ok.. apart from the back loop at kirrie..mcmoab had me on me arse a couple of times early so I spent most of the time skating across the granite on me cleats.i bottled a couple of the rocky step downs too that took me by surprise. I switched to flats for dalbeattie,didn`t fancy the qualifier but did the slab twice,how strange! I didn`t go mad with pics,just wanted to get one of each stane.

Sounds like you've had a great time Paul! loved it neil,fantastic 5 days riding and only had 10 minutes rain.not bad considering the forecast was for it to be pishing down the entire week. |

Ya never even sent me an invite to Kirrie.....LOL , good to hear ya had a blast bud..... aw davy man,i would have tried to arrange something but we were about 5 miles from a decent mobile signal. originally we were going to go on Thursday but decided on sunday night to go the next day. we were riding kirrie by 8am monday morning.it was pointed out to me that "it`s no kirro-tree,it`s kirrock-tree"
