Well results are in on the shoulder injury 2 - 50% targets in ligaments to the shoulder got to start the injections possibly surgery if that is not working which will mean no riding for a while till t heals making me feel over the feckin moon

At least you now know what the problem is and there's a solution.
Hopefully the injections will work - be prepared for them to hurt like a bitch though! Last one I had made my shoulder feel worse for a few days.
I'm still not thrilled with the idea of surgery - but long term it'll be better than keep having injections.

Bummer Bob, that's bad luck. Do you mean you can still ride but only Cannock? or do you mean you can't ride at all?
Take it it's cortisone injections? Had them in a knee once through a footie injury - it was great fun!

Will be just taking it easy around Cannock as long as I can take it rely don't want to stop so think I will have to grin a bare it if it hurts if I keep the back pack light think I should be ok 20 Mile ish rides Cannock not to rough is it really |
