just had a few days in Snowdonia. managed a gentle ride out from our site. unless you know the area well there wasn't a great deal to go at from the doorstep. we used some bridleways that appear not to have been used for years....no distinct track at all. still some beautiful views tho and always good to sample local riding for a couple of hours

I was there earlier in the year - lovely place. Where did you stay? We were about 1-2 miles from Coed-Y-Brenin in a chalet park.
Would love to go back - the scenery is incredible, and Snowdon/CYB were pretty ace as well.

stayed at pen y garth lodges close to bala. beautiful site. a few years ago we stayed in a lodge at cadair view, bronaber which sounds like the one you mean??

Yeah, that was the one. Flipping cold at night, frost in the morning but glorious sunshine all three days we were there.
Would go back in a heatbeat - wicked three days.
