I picked this little bruiser up at the weekend for some not too serious gravity fun.it`s a lapierre froggy 318, 180 totems and fox van r shock. should be a lot of fun but I`m going to have to wait till the coming weekend before I can get to wharncliffe wods with it.
also swapped the 140 32`s for some 160 34`s on the bandit.
while I was tinkering with it in the garden this little fellow popped out of the flower bed. frog meets froggy.

Not a huge fan of the Lappiere, but damn, that Transition looks absolutely mint with those new forks!
I'm thinking a forum trip to BPW is in order?

I just wanted a cheap, single crown, not too full on downhill rig and this ticked all the boxes.it was local too which was a bonus as I`d done a 220 mile round trip Saturday night to collect a bike but when I saw it in the flesh I told him to put it back in his car
got a trip to bpw on oct 24th.

If it does the job it'll be a winner! What bike did you go and see when telling him to put it back?

transition covert, I glad I passed on it now cos it means I`ve got the froggy for occasional downhill stuff but kept the bandit as well.if I`d got the covert the bandit was going to be sold.

Yep,160 is max on the bandit. I've entered the next mates race in wharny so I'll be getting plenty practice runs in on the froggy.

Looks great still not ridden the froggy yet but I`ll be out at some point at the weekend. I havn`t ridden the tranny either since swapping the forks so I need to get out on both of them really.
