Best grips for in the wet?

Today was the icing on the cake... Ive been running some On One Half Bob lock ons on the Maxim for a while now... They were an absolute bargain and just what i needed to get out riding. When dry, they're comfy and have plenty of grip, however when wet, even just sweaty hands, you're screwed! Today, it was pissing down, and it became a real problem, i had to cut the ride short

I want to know what are the grippiest of grips in the classic wet, UK weather? I prefer to ride without gloves as i have better feel, however that does make things more slippy when wet...
