What the guy was trying to do is get people into more boutique brands, Chris King, Knolly, Marzocchi and taking a different approach over all the usual stuff that online places sell.

Multiple reasons why they closed down but it wasn't due to not being able to compete. I'd have had a load of kit off there myself but sadly everything in my size has already been sold
