Glad to hear it's nothing too serious. I used to play squash a couple of times a week up until a couple of years ago. Whilst it helped with high intensity type fitness it played havoc with various knee strains and resulting in a regular clicky hip. The joys of Middle age. I think that's what I would be classed as.
Oh and I didn't take the post as sarky at all, I'm getting your humour. Although it can be tricky in text sometimes. I often come a cropper at work with people taking emails the wrong way and not getting its a joke. I gave up on humour with customers a long time ago.
A smiley face after a joke or alight but of abusive banter always helps.

Aye ..it helps when you can use the emocions ..but all that happens when using the I -phone is the same glum looking face irrespective of what I use ! So I don't use em I got into a real slagging match on a previous forum for the lack of a smillie ..and had to apologise profusely as it was my lack of understanding .. Gotta be careful out there ....!

Thanks for the guided tour today Glynn, much appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed. Fantastic ride, nicely spaced between a few great descents taking in some stunning vistas. Even the walkers were friendly. The last photos a belter Glynn even with me in it, LOL, any chance you could email me a decent resolution version of that one and the bridge shot?

I can't wait to return for some more of the flat stuff? Question to all that know those parts well, if you could only choose one area or route to ride around the peaks which would it be and why?

Glynn I forgot to mention I got a sodding parking ticket on Thursday for parking out of the bay markings. Bloody car park was a third full fascist bastards.
I'm disputing it and will take it as far as I need to do, interesting to see if they have proof.

You,re joking!....... O M F******GOD And if im correct , you was in the last bay and i was next to you, hardly causing any problem to anyone In answer to your question. The jacobs ladder route is probs the one that sums up peaks riding. Scenic views, great trails and almost all off road. Can be done easily from hayfield btw
