Was down at Kirrie today with my youngest Lad... must be over 3 years since we were last out on the trails together...... his poor legs and lungs were giving him a fair amount of gyp... but he hung on and managed to do the full red.... was a great day out and it was great to have Father and Son back out on the trails.... and best of all he loved getting back on the bike..... I look forward to the next time...(perhaps he will be fitter and leave me standing next time......LOL...)
