Claudio's track preview of the 2015 XC championship course..... and getting beat by a female biker......
and why is the videos not showing up, seems to be errors every time I try to post a vid

what did you actually fix and what was the problem to begin with.... The YouTube URL was screwed. Not sure where you're copying it from but I took it from the address bar and then pasted it in over what you'd put in. |

That's exactly what I was doing and always have done... the last video I posted and the one above started showing up the Error message when I tried to watch the video after I posted it...Hmmmm the board is trying to screw up my addled old brain cells......sorry.... I meant singular, not plural: "Cell"   |

nice vid i like it.................cheeky bugger even wanted a sexual act half way through?  when you watch xc on tv it looks sort of tame, but their fitness and pace is absolutely phenominal |

Give the guy a bit more credit .....I mean if I was following as nice a pair of legs and bum like that ..I definitely wouldn't want to pass either.
I don't think his heart rate was due to lack of oxygen ...
