Chia Charge

This company had a trade stand at the Kielder 101 yesterday ...and the two products I tried were fantastic ..just on taste alone .
I like a nice bit of flapjack ..and I kid you not ..theirs is the most delicious I have ever tasted ...
They also did a soy sauce covered trail mix ..I loved it and would not usually go for this type of product!
This apart the company name had me intrigued ..and when you look up Chia ..the health benefits associated with this nut/ seed make for interesting reading ..especially to a type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure like myself ..( euro bob ..this may also interest you ? )
