The blood of 20 Virgins (surprisingly hard to come by these days).
Failing that, fork juice from juice lubes.

And you think you're hard done to ...it's a struggle finding 20 women' in Bellingham..but there are some lovely sheep ... Don't have a dropper but if I did I would use Ballistol Universal Oil ( spray ) ..my go to for anything that needs lubricating / cleaning ..skin & enviro friendly ..and reassuringly expensive !

Mate the bog standard Silicon spray from Halfords does the trick - about 4 quid for a big can. Although I am being supplied by a technician at work too, from now on. Don't need the overpriced bike specific stuff - it's only silicon spray anyway.

Cheers Zulu. Wasn't sure about the general purpose silicone spray. Will just get the cheaper stuff when this runs out. Also let me know any weekends when you can do an early ride - be good to catch up.

I use my hubby to clean/lube the dropper posts, but he usually uses the fenwicks.

Fork juice. Sometimes on their website you can get 2 for 1.
