I'm at the start of 15 days off but I'm bored as I can't go out riding today, so show me the latest or favourite pic of your bike. Here's mine, it's from last week on a lovely, balmy late summers day out on my own sessioning the new lower cliff. One of my favourite recent rides (everything just seemed to 'click' for me that day). Gotta enjoy this weather while it lasts!

On one of my last days of the summer holiday, I kept it local and finished up down here. The trail literally finishes on the beach and its great just as the sun is going down

Haha! Yeah the post is quite long, only got about 340mm sticking out though, but yeah the low top tube does make it look higher than it should be... I only found out that the bike only comes in sizes medium and large, and that mines a medium, so i could have done with a large tbh...

She was moaning about it being cold, so i bought her into the lounge for the night. Be careful doing that or you'll get white settee fluff on your chain.

I like this picture of my bicycle because it is nice and stuff.. There was someone else on this forum who had the same bike. He was a dick though.

Great photo Glynn - it's some place when the weather is clear like that, we were very lucky to have that weather. Obviously being Wales it's normally all cloud cover.
Bob can't see your pic - use tinypic or something like.

image by Jan, on Flickr First decent ride on the SS yesterday. Did about 20 miles locally on canal towpaths, bridle ways and some road. Not sure about the gearing yet may go smaller on the back cog.

stunning scenery there Hodgy! If only I could get up there and back in a day. Oh with some time for riding would be good.

Oh it could be done ...14 hours travelling time ( that's from here ! ) ..rotate the drivers ...leaves 10 hours for riding ! It would probably kill us though ...

I'd love to 'do' Scotland but tbh it would mean nights away from home or it just wouldn't be worth it. Maybe one day!

We've got a Scotland trip in the ( very ) early planning stages at the moment ..probably for the end of May 2016 .. There might be an opportunity for one or two folk to join our merry band ..
The craziest thing in terms of travelling I have ever done was with Dave T ...Arran and back in a day ... Left at 4.30 am for 8.30 ferry at Ardrossan ..Classic Route on Arran which had to be cut short ( we got lost ) .Pint in the Brodick Bar last ferry back at 6.30 ..got Dave back to Hexham for 11.20 pm..I walked through the door at 11.55 ..just to prove it could be done ! Mental !!!
