Anyone for a blast round cannock on Sat morning? Me and my bro are meeting there for 9 am at swinnos, fairly steady run round I'll do the blacks but he will stick to the reds
Heading to drum hill/Morley woods in the afternoon in derby to for some downhill fun

I'm busy on summat else this weekend but I've noticed you're local and will bear that in mind.
Have a good time at Morley/Drum Hill.
BTW I wouldn't mind a ride round Black Rocks in a week or two.

Yes shame - I would have normally tagged along but A - I put a fecking big hole in my leg on Tuesday which I really should have got stitched, it's still leaking a bit even now and B - I've got to sell my old cars on Monday so will be farting about on them all weekend which all means...I won't be coming out to play this weekend Hopefully get to meet you next time out. |

Only two cars but they are both going.
Gaz just not concentrating, doing the Donkey with workmates, at the top of lung buster we stopped, I just sort of overbalanced and got the side of my shin impaled on a bloody post in the ground, l didn't even fall off the bike. I could feel this wood going in but couldn't do feck all about it. Well pissed off, the most stupid and pointless injury I've ever had.

Saturday & Sunday mornings are awkward for me now as daughter has dancing & swimming which she needs taking too/from.

I know, I washed it out on the spot with antseptic wash and finished the ride no probs, when I got home though my sock was soaked in blood. It's looking swollen and angry around the cut I'll see if it improves over the weekend.
I really am a twat and I'm going to miss the last of the summer weather because I am. Sorry to have hijacked your thread Jack!

Not happy!!
Flew down upper cliff got to the last portion and was a group of people who wouldn't let me past
Then did absolutely beasted lower cliff
Got to the end thinking yeah great time there.... It didn't auto pause so our 5 min drinks break at the top counted :/ two fav sections ruined
Was a good day tho only casualty was my bro clipping a tree stump with his helmet after an over the bars tumble
Not happy he scratched th peak on his new helmet haha
