On my way to BPW for the first time anyone got anysuggestions on routes to keep at eye out for!? All looks great fun   |

What time does he need to be back as I've heard they take a dim view at these institutions if you are even a few mins late ...haha!

All of them, start on the blues, then reds and if you're feeling funky, hit the backs. Awesome technical fun! A load of us off here are heading up/down/over to there mid November!

Well it was an interesting day Did all the blues All the reds bar A470 and a hand full of the easier blacks All in the morning! I came of one one of the jumpy bits landed hard at 23 mph  checked my strava haha Cut my ear hip entire left leg and my chest etc and my knuckle  never mind haha Went for a last run before lunch and saw my mate being driven back down.... Broken his arm for the second time this year, bad break So ended up in A&E 1-8 then the three hour drive home but was a great day can't waitto go back  Travel lodge allowed bikes in the room   Getting ready to shower with bae  <a href="http://s1114.photobucket.com/user/darkhawk1989/media/Mobile%20Uploads/IMAG0791.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1114.photobucket.com/albums/k528/darkhawk1989/Mobile%20Uploads/IMAG0791.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo IMAG0791.jpg"/></a> Midnight fun The lad with us is a trials bike champ or something like that the 300cc bikes with no seats So he was quite happy jumping up 5/6 ft rocks on his back wheel all day Took a liking to my bike because it's huge and bouncy haha  If you look carefully here you can see him casually on top of the huge rock at the top of bpw  |

If that was just an interesting day ..I'd love to see what an action packed day is like .
Sorry to hear about your respective injuries ..especially your mate breaking his arm again ..that's real bad luck !
Still smiling though..that's the main thing !

I'm achy this morning but it's only scratchs
hes got 6 months of being an invalid haha
He broke it in March falling over drunk
Had it plated both sides and pinned whole way up
It's now broken just above the old plating... So gonna be an op to remove the old plates and put new bigger ones in etc not simple break unfortunately
Will try and get back up there soon and have a full day this time
Terrys belly is hard... Really hard my arms and legs were in agony from pumping my back was starting to hurt my hands were locked onto the bars
Really nice route tho wish I'd had another few runs at it tho so could get some proper speed down it
We were still fastest of the day by a fair amount tho on that route haha

He didn't wanna do the reds really and wanted to stick to blues so he's not the most confident rider
We convinced him vicious valley was a good idea so me and my mate went spanking off ( mates been a few times I just stuck to his rear tyre hoping I didn't come of haha )
Got to the end and waiting 5 minst they didn't come so we assumed the others did a blue so we went down pork belly etc to the end
Apparently he did the vicious valley but then went onto a470 half way down thinking we went that way, is there some sort of drop of at the start of it? He went to slowly of that head over heels onto arm

Yes there is boardwalk section with a drop at the end to get onto a470, I didnt realise it was there and went in blind myself.
