mr. watsons been gagging for a peaks ride since recovering from injury. ........so he's asked for a 'medium', in size and technicality so as not to re-knacker his ankle. anyone care to join us. it'll be no canal towpath type ride, theres still hills to climb but it'll be a bit steadier than usual. route yet to be decided but iv got a few ideas in mind. thinking maybe burbage, froggatt, totley but its just an idea at the moment. we usually meet for approx. 10.30 start

For the money that it has cost I will be taking full advantage of the all inclusive. I don't think I will be doing any mtb'ing out there, I sweat enough on a ride here. I may do abit of snorkeling off Nisi Beach but that will be as strenuous as it gets. |

I'm so excited that I've just gone out and bought a new POC helmet and I'm sitting here in all my kit watching the clock go round.

I didn't know you had a daughter Neil I thought I was just the lad.
My 8 year old is really looking forward to it, she's really fearless in fact too much so at times and will climb to the highest part of a climbing frame then do somersaults around the bugger whilst we are screaming for her to come down. I've got my five year old a place a sell but I have a feeling she may not fancy it when she gets there being not quite as adventurous as bear grylls older sister.

Great pics again Glynn, you need up with lovely weather today as well. After our wall climbing session we went to the park and there a few daft kids swimming in the river, it was nice but not that nice. I've got to ride tomorrow in the gloom, no matter what the weather I'm out anyway as it's my last chance for a couple of weeks. I tend to use other forms of transport where I'm heading, like this miserable thing;  |
