You should be fine tomorrow as it's the roadies ride.
MTB today and yeah they used the last half of the dog from Chain Slapper and Incidious, Lower Cliff and Kitbag Hill from the Monkey.

Yeah it was pretty good. A bit under the weather today so all the climbs seemed like a slow slog.
Enjoyed lower cliff and strangely incideous was quit good fun.
