Well spotted!
Air in the back tyre is vital. Or at least the stuff wot keeps it in for more than two miles!
And if that's in short supply and you use your one spare tube it's a good idea not to bust the valve blowing it up and have to change the valve for another dodgy one so you have to keep stopping to blow it up.
I couldn't stop laughing till a pedal strike on my shin gave him some revenge.
TBF though we did have a nice ride in the end and he does look remarkably svelte .................despite very baggy kit.

Wot with a busy week I didn't get round to topping up the Stans thinking I could get away with it today I Sod's law 2 run down a nice single track and pissssss Ffs ... And then to bend a valve off ffs good job I carry spares .. Only to pick up another's flat aghhhh any way we mange 15 miles and had a good old laugh and natter always a pleasure to ride out with Andy sorry for holding you up mate having to put air in the back tyre .. You you will be pleased to know that I've repair and reseated the rear tyre and topped the front up as well hehhe plus sorted the gears out on the five mate ..
