The post is dropping 1 cm as I ride. It's been bled and I have got the pressure at 250psi. As soon as I take my weight off it rises back up. I've higher the saddle to counter act it but its irritating. So does it need a service, apparently it's about £80? cheers

Yeah it needs a service mate, this is exactly what mine was doing a few months ago. The oil has airiated and that's what causes the slight drop.

Send it back! I had the same issue last week on mine and I sent it back to Rutland, who sent it back to Rockshox. They just sent out a brand new one inc bleed kit. It's the second I've had to send back in 18 months for the same, very common issue.

Are you doing the wombourne ride Weds night btw?

I'm snowed under with work at the moment otherwise I'd love to. Have you checked out BMC yet? Went up there the other day and some tables have been made into doubles and the first line into the hip is now quite difficult as you need to pump like crazy to have any speed.

BMC? do you mean Baggeridge or the cheekies in wombourne? To be fair I am more you XC rider than anything else, my biggest jump is about a foot off the ground, which felt like I was competing in Rampage lol!
