Right guys after a bloody crazy week , Ive spoken to jay and think we need to get out and just chill could not make today's ride with kirky Glynn and Roundie and a few other my head was everywhere and didn't get back till late last nite after seeing Andy down in Cardiff
so looking at meeting a 10am at swinno

so far be looking at doing the donkey loop with a run down stile cop as well

Between last Friday and BPW Monday, I did 908 miles... That's an average of 227 miles per day lol.
