Fantastic news, must have made great progress these last few days and be out of their danger bracket, too skip the local and go home is brilliant progress. I take it he will be having out patient visits or regular district nurse visits to keep a check on him for the near future.
Well done to his support team!

From Andy but written by Glennys.
Andy is very anxious to update all his mates on the forum and to say a huge thank you for all your messages and best wishes, and special thanks to Gaz and Duncan who stayed with him at the hospital. (and also to anyone else who did but I don't know about).
He has made fantastic progress and improving daily but not yet well enough to read all the comments himself or concentrate for long periods. It's so good to have him home and I'm sure he'll make even better progress in his own familiar environment.
He sends his apologies for ruining the rest of your day and is looking forward to catching up with you all again. Doctor's orders - no cycling again for at least 3 months if ever!!

Doesn't he remember I had to ride in the amblumance with him listening to him talking utter bollocks? Actually, I don't know what my point is there, ever since I've known him, I've had to do that.
