Just wanted to say. Had to stay home and mind the kids today so decided to try and service my forks. Last 2 times I have done this the fork never really felt great after. As I have fitted a new drive train etc for this year I thought it's best to give the forks a going over...again. So stripped them down and noticed a rubber seal a bit perished so swapped over all the seals and replaced the oil. Got to say it's the first time the end result has felt right. Guess it was third time lucky. I reckon I just needed the first 2 goes as practice(first time I didn't replace seals, second time I fucked up oil quantities in lower legs). Just thought I would share

Nice one mate. Did mine last summer and they felt like new afterwards (Pikes, apparently dead easy to work on). You Tube was my friend.

Yeah used yootoob but no one has a shitty fork demo (recons) so when you open them up they look a bit different. Did find one video for recons but it was in Polish!!!
