I've had enough of mini pumps now, ive gone through 3 of the bastards myself and dads has also blown up!
2 of mine were Topeak, and i cant remember the current one. They're not exactly cheap either, £20-25 each IIRC, and It's not as if they get heavy use, i use my floor pump at home, so its just to repair the odd puncture, which i got 2 with my Maxim in 6 months!!!
What are people using that are actually reliable. Not bothered about pressure gauge, we have an electric one and my floor pump has a built in one too
While we're at it, my shock pump is on its way out too, the hose is badly damaged and the gauge doesnt seem to accurate, the needle doesnt even return to 0PSI! So its really just guess work, which isn't too good considering how important shock set up is
