can anyone recommend a good mtb hire place around here? doesnt look like biketreks hire them but would do demos. but looking at just turning up and hiring on the day.............or would i have to pre-book anyway?

Can't recommend anywhere Glynn ... but booking in advance is always preferable ...just in case they run out of bikes ( and that can happen )
Hope you find somewhere ...is a demo day that much more expensive than hiring anyway ?

id imagine a demo needs a much bigger deposit paying.......but cheers anyway. im taking my own bike but the son-in-law might join me for a quick blast while we're staying in the lakes.

It's my old cube he could use, I'll keep the other as one ride old for a while yet. I just don't have the time for full days out riding with the Mrs having her treatment.
