Well after a meet up with a few members on Saturday ,i thought I would head over here to see what the fuss is about .
Name ...Steve and do most of my riding Up Norf ! mainly around Saddleworth , Yorkshire , Peak District and when i get chance 90 minutes north around the Lakes ,the latter being where I met the members this weekend just gone in the Borrowdale valley
Only really got back into riding in the last 3 years ,how things have moved on from my old P7 and Klein ... Since getting back into it as it were ive had a few bikes till I worked out what worked for me ,Cube Ltd , Stereo , Whyte m109 and G150 , and finally settled now with a Norco 650b+ Torrent .. whats not to like? a slack 130mm travel hardtail with 3 inch tyres and as per my profile image im an Orange fan boy ,simplistic single pivot no messing Yurksure craftmanship , yes its a filling cabinet on wheels but by ekk it does reet going down hill and the factory is 20 minutes from t`house so any problems and im never to far away from spares.
Right im off for a nosey around the forum and hope to meet up with a few of you at some point in the future
