Off to BPW on Friday so a few of us thought we'd do cannock on the way down. How long does a lap of the place take?

I wouldn't bother - just do extra runs at BPW - loads more fun.

40 mins for Dog? add about the same on for incorporating Monkey? depends how fit you are and how much of a rush you are in, really.

A couple of hours will be fine, we're not riding BPW till Saturday and Sunday. This is just to break up the journey on the way down on Friday. Cheers lads

its going to be an epic weekend, even the weather will play its part with forecast thunderstorms.
Been looking forward to this for a year now as I have missed out on the past 2 years trips away due to work and injury.
