Don't know what this means ongoing ..or how to rectify it ..but I have had to access the forum a different way as a message came up from Pro Boards to say the domain name has expired and it invited the owner ( Seb?) to get in touch ..

Same message here. I know euan registered the domain last month (there was a thread about it). It may be a tech glitch or something to do with the re registering.

Thats interesting, I definately renewed the domain name last month so no idea why that has happened, unfortunately I cant even look into it as I dont run the site.

I'll be able to look into it later. Can't do anything from my phone at the moment.
For the time being use the url: mtb-UK.boards.net
If you can all share this out to members who may not be as tech savvy that would be awesome.

I know on the laptop I am using when I click on the original bookmarked link, it goes to the 'angry bear' page - but there is a link to here on there. Is that not the same for everyone then?

It should be the same for everyone. Just in case it isn't though.

Right, I'm not sure gents. I'll have to post up a thread asking about it in the ProBoards forum. Use the other link for the time being.
Clear your browser cache as well as that may be throwing some issues as well.

I've just set up web forwarding in the 123 reg control panel, it says to allow 24-48 hours for any changes to take effect..... Not sure if that's the issue though.

That setting would need to be changed in the admin control panel. If marsbarman wants to set me up as Admin I can have a look through the settings tonight while I am board on nightshift?

I still cannot get the site under the mtb-uk.Co.uk address on my phone as it gives me the angry bear and I have to go in via the mtb-UK.Boards.net link.
Is this just the new address going forward and we changed from .Co.UK to boards.net?

Is this just the new address going forward and we changed from .Co.UK to boards.net? Quit possibly, as much as I renewed the .co.uk domain I forgot that there is also a charge by proboards for them to point the forum page to the .co.uk address. The charge is not much but is anyone really bothered about having a .co.uk address? The biggest disadvantage that I can see is that we will most likely not get any new members on the current address (not that we got many on the .co.uk address)

Yeah, the banner is new'ish, I had a look at some of the settings earlier and managed to resolve the no banner issue

I take it this is the reason the forum won't work on Tapatalk?
Nice to see the banner back though!
