Description/explained HERE.
Hope this helps.
Dirkpitt....I have just realised these pictures show the lever position. I looked at them on my phone this morning and I couldn't see it had the lever position. Thank you for posting them as that confirms what has been said.

Yeah, get yourself a pump! It's necessary. To be honest I thought RS were pretty good with that, unlike Fox! I would personally spend a few extra quid but get a digital one (Fox sell one at Mojo but usually always sold out). Lezyne are doing a compact shock pump with digital display.
Any reason why you lean towards a digital display? They seem double in price so is the digital readout worth double the cost?

Lezyne products are always great but expensive of course. Reason why i say digital is because this way you really know what pressure you are running...with the others like mine, and as soon as you disconnect the hose, no matter how fast or careful, some air comes out and you don't know how much so it is never accurate really. I got my pump free, otherwise if i was to buy one, this is the one i would go for because i think the extra cost is worth it. www.mojostore.co.uk/pump-fox-digital-hp-w-bleed-foldable-replaceable-battery-c2x18535145
