Quick question for you: do they suffer from the tread cracking/splitting like Hans Dampfs do? My HD on the front is suffering really badly so looking to change and they're currently on offer at crc. .

Apparently, it is an issue but, having said that, I've never experienced it myself. I've had two different MM's and not had a single issue with them!

Its to early for me to comment on that...but even if they do, get them anyway...what a tyre?
My Hans Dampf suffer a bit from that on one side (also doesn't affect it at all i don't think) and i realised (as stupid as this may seem to you) its probably from two sharp turns i do going down to my house on the tarmac...the HD are like glue on tarmac.

Both my mm's have cracked but doesn't seem to effect them

My old MM also cracked but it never seemed to effect the tyre
