After needing a new trail bike for the last 12 months I decided to get shot of the el guapo and the scalp and replace them with this. So here she is 2017 Transition Patrol with super deluxe monarch plus Rockshox Lyrik RCT3 Hope tech enduro on pro 4 hubs XT 11 speed 11-42 XT brakes Reverb stealth Renthal carbon bars Not ridden it yet, that'll have to wait till the weekend but I'm well pleased with how it's turned out

That looks the biz, I'm sure your going enjoy that beast. Glad to see youve fitted some crank boots, if you haven't ridden such a low by drop before you may get a few pedal strikes in your first ride or two, I didn't have much paint or many pins on my pedals after the first few rides.
Don't forget to drop a review.
Oh and welcome to the Tranny club.

A whole level above the El Guapo mate, Tranny's are so much fun to ride, as Kirky says, welcome to the club

Cheers lads, yeah I've read about the pedal strikes and I don't think it should bother me that much. The El Guapo was pretty low and suffered massively from pedal stikes when I first got it. Soon learned to adjust my riding style to minimise it. I'll write up a little review in a couple of weeks. I'm taking it out on sunday on some of the trails they used on the Ard' Moors Enduro a couple of weeks back and I'm doing a race at Innerleithen next weekend so that should give me a good idea of how it goes. Can't wait

I like the attention to detail of matching things...not that I have OCD! Lol Oh it's all got to match, the only thing that bugs me slightly is the grips aren't a perfect colour match
