That's a good read and kept me entertained during lunch. After reading it it would seem that Magic Mary on the front and a Maxis Minion DHF on the rear might be a killer combo.

Interesting also that the wtb combo was also well rated ...if only the side walls were not made of blotting paper..

Well to be honest I'm not surprised that they are highly rated. Albeit I have Vigilante with the harder side walls on front and back but the grip they offer is class. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend. If you like the grip they offer I would try getting the harder walled option. Very good value at the moment as well.

I have the Magic Mary Nobby Nic combo. No complaints from me on that however I am not married to them so I might try the Maxxis version next.
I also ran the Mavic combo during the summer which was also really good but didn't do well in the rain.

It will be hard for me to ever let go of Mary in the front of the steed!? I reckon High Roller II or Shorty on the back would be good too!

haha I will change one of my tires to annoy you next ride out Euan.
Last time i dropped into the shop where i bought my bike they said that a Magic Mary up front and a High roller II on the rear is spot on.

Is it just me that's amazed by the "quadzilla" in the Enduro Girls pic 3rd from the left with black socks on .. !!!
I aint seen quads like that since traveling around supporting my mate in bodybuilding comps !!
