Winter that is!
Just spent the weekend in the Lake with the Wife but managed to squeeze in a couple of rides
Saturday brought the perfect autumnal weather, light breeze and even a bit of blue sky and sunshine

After clear skys on Saturday night I'd planned to ride 'High Street' but woke to find rain, strong NE winds and 2 degrees so had to settle for Ullswater instead.
Good decision as there was snow on the tops and it was freezing in the wind
Has planned to take the top bridleway around Ullswater to Silver Crag but was meet with 300 fell runners coming the other way so had ride the normal lower route, still good even after a couple of comedy OTB on the way down.

We've got heavy snow forecast for tomorrow night, hopefully it will still be around for Wednesdays night ride
