No riding photo but my rather wussy bruised leg from my otb and the bike coming back to give me a hug, rather colourful and painful

Thanks mate, its one of these joby.com/gorillapod/slrzoom cracking wee tripod for slr's but quite handy for the GoPro too. Yea do a bit if photography on the side, I don't take the big one out on the bike much due to size and weight, use a Canon 60D. For anyone interested in the other stuff I do check out my page www.facebook.com/MMMorrisonPhotography

So I went out with a mate today, took my SLR with me, so got some decent(ish) photos: Sorry about the noise in the images, it was quite low light so the camera struggled, and as I'm no Photoshop pro, this is the best I could do. So yeah, was a good days riding! Off to Haldon Forest tomorrow for more biking!

Just a quick photo snap of today's outing, trying out my new Hope 30t narrow/wide as well. Bike looks so much better without the big MRP guide/bash.

Not got any pictures or videos of my run but this is what I was doing yesterday.
The area is Caberston Bank aka Golfie, the run is called 3G, I believe it was part of the EWS Enduro at Tweed valey. If you like steep (and I mean very steep) trails then you will love Golfie, it's not an official trail centre so nothing is marked, the climb up isnt to bad, mostly fire road but imo it is an easier climb than both Innerleithen and Glentress.
First run down 3G I pretty much walked as I shit it lol, second run was much better and I managed to take 3 minutes off my time even with a body slam into a tree lol
Now I can see why a lot of the EWS riders were saying that Tweed valey EWS was too hard

Looks a great run - good video by the lad though all you can hear is his heart thumping - it looks steep on a Go Pro which means it must be REALLY steep in real life!

Yup, Thats what I was saying to a lad at work, the camera makes it look flat compared to what it actually was Looks a great run - good video by the lad though all you can hear is his heart thumping - it looks steep on a Go Pro which means it must be REALLY steep in real life! Think I would be holding my breath most of the way down that or walking part of it .. Eeek Looks ts an epic , route .. Once you put your steep pants on you'll be fine lol

Did the sutton Bank Paradise trail on Friday , excellent ride if you like xcountry , don't expect a trail centre experience though , various sections of bridleway connected together to form a loop , thoroughly enjoyed it and will happily go back .
