And made a warranty claim? Just getting my stuff ready for tomorrow as I'm doing the Borrowdale bash and it looks as though my reverb is shagged. It's not returning to the up position and it doesn't seem to be holding all its air pressure. Just going to lift it out the frame a bit and use it as a regular seat post to get me through tomorrow then I'll try a bleed. Ido believe it's a warranty claim though  |

I've not bought a reverb from them but I did get my KS Lev from them, I sent that back for a warranty...They had it for 6 weeks but it was over the Christmas period. |

yes but i did not return it to bike discount. i took it straight to my local bike shop and they sent it straight to fisher outdoor (sram service centre and rockshox supplier) and they sent me a new one. but that was because it kept loosing pressure even after a proper service by fishers themselves

yeah when i got mine sent off for replacement i was lost without and really surprised at how much i actually used it!

There is a thread on it. Rockshox have tried to tell me it's my fault as the post is slightly bent! I'm arguing it must have come out of the factory like that then! It's still ongoing. |

Ooopps, turns out a bleed has solved the problem lol. Had already contacted bike discount.de and sorted out the return via their customer services....... Guess I should have tried that first  |
