if i went the oposite way in a strava section would it still mark it down as some one knocked 11 secs of a time of mine up hill tecy steep and i cant for life of me see them going that much faster as it is a short climb its 0.3 kms rises 17 mtrs and my time is 2mins 8

I'm sure they would have to go the same way as you.
Have a look at some of his other Strava runs and see what other timings are like, it could be that they are just a lot better than you.

went on his strava he is a roady and the road runs next ti the track so i think its a cock up as he has no other tracks listed

If yout think its wrong then flag it up. I know they do if a mountain biker has left his starva running when in the car.
Never done it myself so don't know what's involved.
