Well after getting up early ready to go to my first Spin class in a few months and having no car I know I'll ride up singlespeed style nice little canal side ride into town -spin class (double one at they ) and a nice bimble around wolves canal and old railway on way back .
Doggs dohdahs i thought UNTIL
so my nice little Sunday on two wheels tuned into a stroll home. So right I'll fix it and get back out maybe on the Orange .
ONONE all fixed right out around the railway walk to try it sorted . I'll just take the Orange on the same little spin make sure it's all ok Bollox gears not changing right .
Right back to the man cave and try to sort it after fecking about for quit a while bollox to it I'm taking it to Gnarly Cycles to sort fed up with having to do it after every ride and its a good excuse to get the Oneup set up on it at the same time .
