Its not a question of days but more a simple formula X +1 or -1. X being the day you waited in.
They tend to take anything from 3 to 5 days on average but always come the day that nobody is in the house requiring a visit to the post office.

My good lady works from home , so she's always in when a parcel turns up.. the bad news is she always knows when I've been spending

My good lady works from home , so she's always in when a parcel turns up.. the bad news is she always knows when I've been spending I know the feeling. I used to get it in the neck with a double whammy as not only did the Mrs see the amount of parts parcels coming my way but she was doubly annoyed as she had to pick them up from either the post office or a neighbour who had taken in the parcel. A couple of years ago she had a card through to collect a parcel from a neighbour and went across the avenue for it to find it was a rather large box containing a new Giant XTC from Pauls. That foiled plans of secrecy.
I'm just doing my first build from scratch so the parts are coming in from all directions so I'm rotating between the home address trying to time it so they come when shes working or more often than not just for now delivering to my office. I get people moaning there as well or asking how many bikes do I need etc etc so same shit different place!
