They crumple and shard up pretty easily, even under the grips protection, I'm the unfortunate bugger who ate Tarmac last weekend landing knee and bar first after a chain exploding on me. Hopefully a bit of araldite will help them. They were the only bit of kit I was planning to fit to the Capra from my previous build....
