Cheers mate, yeah Fort William went a long way to making my mind up, I had a few bikes in the pipe line but love the way the Myst rode so thought it would be daft not to go with it, that and I got £500 off the 2015 model

I'm 17 stone and have a 500lb spring
The 400 will be fine
If it feels too soft, add some compression. Also you can change the preload on the spring by turning it

Going to try a heavier spring in the forks tho I just need to mind that you dont set it up like a trail bike as you dont really have to worry about the pedally stuff lol. I thought it was the 40 air forks you had, the front i'snt too bad, I've got just under 30% sag

I wouldn't really pay any attention to sag like. Everyone rides different. If you ride over the back end, then it'll be totally different to someone who stands over the front of the bike more.

Get it done, they do my head in too Only problem is the avids. Bike is in for a service soon so i'll ask what they want to do it all. Why's having Avids stopping you? Pretty sure it's just as easy to trim an Avid hose as it is to trim a Shimano hose

The only way you'll learn is by doing it yourself

I know Just put a set of DMR V12 2015 pedals on the bike to replace the Saints, they are slightly smaller than the Vaults but sturdy as fook, it looks like they use a stronger axle
